I’d like alcoholic drinks at my event. Can your staff serve it?
If you request it in advance, we’ll be happy to refer a bartender at a separate fee. Please note that our typical staff is not authorized to pour or serve alcoholic beverages.

When do I need to order?
For best service, place orders a minimum of 1 week prior to your event.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 25 guests.

I’m having a full service buffet presentation. How many attendants do I need?
The general guidelines are:
50-125 guests: $330 ­ 2 Attendants
125-200 guests: $410 ­ 3 Attendants

Wedding receptions and table service events require additional staffing, at a cost of $100 each additional attendant. Carving stations and on-site chef services are additional. A 15% service fee and 4.166% tax will be added to the total.

Minimum order of $150.00 (before tax) for delivery. Funeral orders receive free delivery with minimum order of 100 guests.

For the Legacy Ballroom Banquet Hall

Do you have children’s prices?
Yes, if you meet the adult minimum headcount, children ages 3-7 will be 50% off the adult price. The first 10 infants 2 and under are free—after which every third infant is considered as 1 child.

Can we have an inflatable bouncer in the hall?
Yes, the bouncer must be rented from a company that has provided ACE with proof of liability insurance. Generally the size of the bouncers allowed in the hall is either 13’x13’ or 15’x15’.

Can we bring in pupus?
Yes, pupu items are allowed. There is a $0.40 charge per person (plus 15% service fee + 4.166% tax) outside food fee charge. ACE will set up a pupu table and provide disposable plates, eating utensils & napkins.
