How does this promotion work?

Applicant must be actively employed by FCH to receive payment(s)

  • The applicant must meet the established criteria and incentive eligibility requirements.
  • First payment of $250* will be paid after 30 days of employment.
  • Second payment of $750* will be paid after 120 days of employment.

(*All bonus payments will be subject to applicable payroll taxes)

Eligibility requirements:
  • Must have applied between 04/01/2022 – 05/31/2022.
  • Must be in good standing, free of disciplinary action or attendance concerns during and through both incentive payout dates.
  • Have perfect attendance by working all scheduled shifts as agreed upon at time of hire (excludes excused absences such as COVID-19 related and protective leave).
  • All regular non-exempt, exempt – full-time or part-time employees who successfully refer a candidate who is hired by FCH Enterprises, Inc. are eligible.
  • Salaried exempt employees are eligible for referring only Zippy’s Store Manager and Assistant Manager candidates to a location other than their own.
  • Applicant is excluded if referred by External Recruiter.

Disclosures:
* All incentives will be subject to applicable payroll taxes. To qualify, applications must be submitted by May 31, 2022. All award payouts are contingent upon the employee still being employed at the time of award. Should the employee separate prior to any award, the Hired Applicant (the new employee) shall not be eligible for payout. Additionally, the Hired Applicant must be free of disciplinary action or attendance concerns within the referral program timeframe. Should the Hired Applicant have any disciplinary actions taken, or there are management concerns about attendance, the Hired Applicant will be disqualified from receiving any form of Bonus payment. Hired Applicants that were hired through a recruitment firm are not eligible for Bonus Payments. Other terms and conditions may apply. FCH Enterprises is a EOE employer.
